The A3 is a single construction site it seems. Instead of maintaining the roads properly the decisionmakers wait until the roads have been deemed too unsave and then do something.
That Z8 indeed had Alpina wheels.

Definitely this^. Believe it or not, there’s a guy in my town who owns and occasionally drives his BMW M1.
